Because orders may enter processing shortly after payment confirmation, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
If an order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it and the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
